We develop novel nanotechnologies for next-generation AI hardware, bridging fundamental physics with technological innovation. Our core research interests span nanomagnetism and topology, magnetic skyrmions, spin-orbit coupling effects, X-ray imaging, and skyrmion-based devices. We explore their potential for nanocomputing and neuromorphic architectures, aiming to advance intelligent, Brain-inspired, computing.
